You apply by paying the membership fee. Your membership starts immediately with an in-depth interview, where we assess your experience, fields, and personal strengths.

We create a portfolio from our members' profiles and take it to partner companies. Whether they are looking for an engineer for a project, a position, or part-time work, we recommend a member from our pool.

We don't only place engineers individually, but also as a group, and we do everything we can so our engineers continuously develop not only through projects but also as a community.

1Who is the Engineer Portfolio community for?+
For freelance engineers, project-based specialists, and anyone who wants to leverage their professional experience through real projects and build a supportive business community.
2What is the difference between Silver, Gold, and Project-based membership?+
Silver and Gold are monthly memberships with different visibility and priority levels. Gold includes highlighted placement and priority offers. Project-based Portfolio is a one-time fee for profile creation, with a success fee only on a won project.
3Do I have to pay if I don't get a project?+
With the Project-based Portfolio, you only pay a success fee when a project is actually won. The Silver and Gold memberships are monthly services with continuous access and community support.
4What fields are accepted?+
Environmental engineering, urban planning, infrastructure, architecture, energy, industrial automation, packaging technology, project and process engineering, logistics, supply chain, and digital transformation. Other fields are also welcome if there is a clear project need.
5How does the application process work?+
After paying the membership fee, we conduct an in-depth interview. Based on that, we build your professional profile and include it in the Portfolio system. Then we actively match you with relevant opportunities.
6Is the membership tied to a specific term?+
Silver and Gold memberships are monthly and can be cancelled anytime. The Project-based Portfolio is a one-time service with no ongoing subscription.
